Opening Night Event

5:00pm - Opening Night Cocktail Party in the Arizona Republic Party Pavilion

7:30pm – Screening of “The Visitor” with director Thomas McCarthy and actor Haaz Sleiman participating in a post screen question and answer session.

 



Friday Night Event

7:30pm – Screening of “Then She Found Me” directed by Helen Hunt and starring Helen Hunt, Bette Midler, Colin Firth and Matthew Broderick

 


Saturday Night Event

7:30pm - Screening of “The Forbidden Kingdom” featuring the first ever on screen pairing of Jet Li and Jackie Chan and features the awe-inspiring action choreography of Wo Ping (The Matrix, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon).

 

 




Sunday Night Event

7:00pm – Screening of “Young at Heart” features the fictionalized story based on the Young at Heart Chorus, a group of senior citizens who performing contemporary and classic rock and pop songs.

 



Closing Night Event

7:30pm – Screening of “Life Before Her Eyes” starring Uma Thurman and Even Rachel Wood and directed Vadim Perelman (House of Sand and Fog)

Son of Rambow

Son of Rambow will be a Showcase Feature screening on Friday, April 4th at 7:00pm presented by Paramount Vantage. Son of Rambow is the name of the home movie made by two little boys with a big video camera and even bigger ambitions. Set on a long English summer in the early 80's, Son of Rambow is a comedy about friendship, faith and the tough business of growing up.

 

 



Falling for Grace

Falling for Grace will be screening during the day on Friday, April 4th and again on Saturday, April 5th. A cross between Mike Nichol's Working Girl and Ang Lee's The Wedding Banquet, Falling For Grace follows Grace Tang, an ambitious Wall Street banker determined to work her way up the ladder of life and out of working-class Chinatown. She's soon swept up in a whirlwind ride of romance and white lies, as she carefully negotiates her personal ties to Chinatown and the politics of Wall Street and NY high society.

Falling for Grace's strong ensemble cast includes: Gale Harold (Queer As Folk), Ken Leung (Lost), Christine Baranski (Cybill), Roger Rees (Frida), and comedians Margaret Cho and Lewis Black.
